Cutoff dates for major seasonal occasions like Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day are strictly enforced to guarantee timely processing.
While we take every precaution to ensure the security of your items while in our care, including photographic confirmation upon receipt, we are not liable for any items lost or delayed within the postal system, either before reaching us or after dispatch from our facility. Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid for the specific bundle in question.
